Atomic Lab is the creative vision of Jason Wu, an award-winning fashion designer known for dressing First Ladies, red carpet stars, and global tastemakers. Before conquering the world of fashion, Jason began designing dolls at the age of 17. With Atomic Lab, he returns to his roots, blending high fashion, pop culture, and collectible art. Each item reflects Jason’s signature craftsmanship and storytelling, bringing couture-level attention to small-scale design.

Our product releases, or “drops,” are announced on our official social media channels (@atomiclabtoys) and through our email list. Each drop includes a limited number of products and often sells out quickly.

Our products will be produced in one of two ways.

1. A FIXED LIMITED EDITION - Available as a drop on a first come first serve basis. Timing is subject to each product offering and will be announced via our instagram @atomiclabtoys and our email subscription mailing list. Products are generally available to ship within 3 months from the time orders are placed which may vary per product launch and charged at the time of the order.
2. MADE TO ORDER - Available to pre-order for a specific time period. During this preorder for a specific time period. During this period, preorders may be placed (limits per customer apply) via our website. Once the ordering period is over, the edition size will be closed and produced in the specific quantity ordered. Items will not become available again past the initial ordering period and will not be restocked.; Items are generally available to ship within 6 months from when the orders are placed but vary per product launch.

Generally, no. We believe in the value of true limited-edition collectibles. Once an item is sold out, it’s gone for good. However, we may occasionally reimagine popular characters or themes in new forms—so stay tuned!

Atomic Lab collectibles are available only at atomiclabtoys.com. We do not sell through retailers, resellers, or third-party platforms. This direct-to-consumer model helps us ensure authenticity, quality, and exclusivity.

We ship globally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

●      Domestic Orders (U.S.): Estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

●      International Orders: Shipping times vary based on location and customs. Customers are responsible for any additional import duties or taxes.

All sales are final due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products. If you notice an error with your order (e.g. wrong address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing it—we’ll do our best to help if the item hasn’t shipped yet.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. In that case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Some drops may have a purchase limit per customer to ensure fairness and prevent bots or bulk buying. Limits will be clearly listed on each product page.
